    Haha I should try that #2 tip – unplug and put that phone across the room for the alarm. I have a Ph. D for pressing snooze in the morning. Everything else though is solid and true. I find myself in the same boat of just crossing things out on the list and lining things up for tomorrow/week.

      Haha…the Ph. D for pressing snooze made me laugh. I’m the same way! Not an easy habit to get into but I’ve found when I can resist the temptation, it makes a world of difference!
